A Burnham-On-Sea town centre pub has gone on the market.
Enterprise Inns is offering the lease of The Somerset and Dorset for £45,000 per year.
“The Somerset and Dorset is a fantastic pub with huge potential for a new operator to develop the already successful trade,” said an Enterprise spokesman.
“Enterprise is ideally looking for an experienced Publican with a food and community business background capable of dealing with the large numbers of customers who visit during the summer season.”
