Property prices are starting to show increases in the Burnham-On-Sea area following several years of depressed figures.
Latest average sale prices show ‘modest gains’ in values, according to estate agents in Burnham.
Julian Frost at Abbott and Frost in College Street told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We’re seeing a positive market and prices are increasing for all types of property, but they are not running away.”
“It’s a rising market, although the Burnham area is not seeing some of the big increases reported elsewhere in the national press.”
“The town centre is also holding its own and there are very few commercial vacancies, which is a good indication of the market strength.”
