Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre has launched a new deal on tickets to encourage people to attend a more varied range of shows.
The theatre’s manager, Sam Nicol, pictured above, says that she tries to arrange a mixed schedule of shows to suit many tastes and interests, and sometimes people are unsure if they want to invest their money in seeing something a bit different.
“Therefore, for certain shows, we are offering a ‘try it, you might like it’ ticket, and anyone booking for three or more of these shows can have a specially discounted rate below the concessionary rate,” explains Sam.
“We have some real quality events coming up between now and May. Among them are The Reduced Shakespeare Company, who ran for 9 years in the West End with their Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), bring their latest stage show William Shakespeare’s Long Lost First Play (Abridged). It’s guaranteed to be a fast paced, hilarious evening.”
“John Mills and Cobie Smit bring classical guitar at its best.”
“And As-One Theatre Company return with a beautifully crafted piece of theatre for youngsters, A Fisherman’s Daughter, to which under-2s can come free. All of these plus others offering music and theatre at its best are included in the offer.”
“These tickets are not available online so come in and chat with one of the Box Office staff to book your tickets or give us a call on 01278 784464 between 10 and 3 weekdays (not Monday) or 10 and 1 on a Saturday.”
“These tickets are limited so will be on a first come first served basis. It’s a great opportunity to explore part of the arts that you may have never tried before at a price that is tempting!”
“We are also able to offer group discounts for most shows so grab some friends and come along. The bar is also open for performances.” Full details of all the shows coming up are online here.
