Residents in Burnham-On-Sea will be able to pop into the town’s Princess Hall for help and advice on housing and benefits issues from later this month.
Sedgemoor District Council is launching weekly advice sessions from Tuesday 22nd September.
The drop-in sessions will operate between 9.30am and 12.30pm, with pre-booked appointments available in the afternoon.
Several services and organisations will be available to give advice at the sessions, including Sedgemoor District Council’s Benefits Service, Homes in Sedgemoor, Sedgemoor District Council’s Customer Services Advisor, Sedgemoor District Council’s Housing Advice/Homelessness Service, and Somerset County Council Financial Assessment Benefits Team.
There will also be an opportunity to have your say on Sedgemoor’s budget process or simply to pop in for a coffee and a chat.
