Pottery painting firm unveils new studio in Highbridge

-

A local pottery painting business has expanded and now has a permanent studio based in Highbridge.

Purrr-fect Pottery has been running for eight years and is managed by mother and daughter team Anya and Shanice Burridge.

They offer a mobile pottery painting service at fetes, care homes, toddler groups, nurseries and other venues.

With more people enjoying painting pottery, the pair decided to create a permament base in Highbridge and have opened a new studio.

Anya told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We’ve been running for eight years now and now that my daughter Shanice has joined the business we can offer workshops and open days at the studio, alongside the mobile business.”

“We will be running a series of pottery open days up until Christmas, and we can also take bookings for workhops, parties at the studio, and bookings for craft fairs and other venues.”

“People of all ages can enjoy painting pottery and we have many regular customers who come back time and time again to paint pieces of pottery for special occasions and gifts.”

We still have availability on our studio days on Wednesday 31st August and Friday 9th September. “Have fun painting pottery or capturing your little one’s hand and footprints,” she added.
