Police officers looking after Brean and Berrow have been nominated for awards in the annual competition to find the best bobbies on the beat in the Avon and Somerset force area.
Esther Robinson, pictured, has been nominated as Beat Manager of the year in the annual Community Policing Awards, and the Berrow Beat Team has been nominated for Beat Team of the year.
The awards winners will be announced at a ceremony being held on March 8th.
They were nominated by local residents and businesses after being described as an always-visible presence, following success in the Pubwatch and Sitewatch schemes.
