Police have today released this E-fit of a man they want to identify following a burglary in Burnham-On-Sea.
The occupants of a house in Gloucester Road, Burnham-On-Sea discovered a man inside a downstairs bedroom at approximately 9.40pm on Wednesday 13th September.
The offender fled the scene after being challenged by the residents.
“Nothing is believed to have been stolen in the incident, but we would like to speak to the man, who is described as white, approximately 30-years-old, about 5ft 10ins tall and of average build,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“He had short facial hair and wore a dark coloured woolly hat.”
“As part of our inquiry specialist crime scene investigators have examined the property and house to house enquiries have been carried out.”
Anyone who recognises the man in the E-fit is asked to contact the Police’s investigations team via the 101 phone service, providing the call handler with the reference 5217209982.
