Four Burnham-On-Sea ladies are planning to pull on their walking boots to take part in a fundraising walk.
Avril Shepherd, Julia Smith, Julia Arthur and Pat Grimes will be setting out on the Pink Ribbon Walk in Wiltshire on June 6th.
The four, all members of St Andrew’s Church, are embarking on the trek to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.
The walk will take in the beautiful grounds of Stourhead grounds, as well as Wiltshire’s historic rural scenery.
Breast Cancer Care is a UK-wide support charity helping the thousands of people who wake up to the harsh reality of breast cancer every day. Its specialist nurses, local services and emotional support network give someone to turn to for information and support.
