Youngsters across the Burnham-On-Sea area have celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite book characters.
Pupils across many local schools in Burnham-On-Sea, Highbridge, Brent Knoll, Lympsham and Berrow joined in the global celebration of books on Thursday (March 7th).
Pupils dressed up as their favourite book characters, with some superbly imaginative costumes on show. Many children also received World Book Day vouchers for books.
