Tickets are on sale for West Huntspill Players’ hilarious new comedy play, ‘It Runs In the Family’, which is set to take place this month.
The hilarious play, by Ray Cooney, will be held from Wednesday 27th October to Saturday 30th October at the village’s Balliol Hall in Church Road.
Set in the 1980s at St Andrew’s Hospital in London, Dr Mortimore is just about to deliver a lecture when he suddenly finds he will have to hide the evidence of his past with hilarious consequences!
The West Huntspill Players performances will see five women and seven men take to the stage, directed by June Jenkins.
The cast includes Steve Taylor, Greg Fear, Clare Virgo, Phil Crossland, Jessie Maddox, Peter Gilraine, Tania Leigh, Sarah Martin, Dan Webber, Shaun Durkin, Alastair Murray and Janet Holderness.
The backstage team includes June Jenkins, Matthew Taylor, Colin Parish, Nick Gardner, Jo Mockridge, Val Packer, Alan Jarvis, David Virgo, Mary Parish, David Jenkins, John Lamb, Jill Woolley and Tania Leigh.
Tickets, costing £7 for adults on all nights, or £6 for concessions on Wednesday and Thursday only, are available by calling 01278 785651. Doors open at 7pm with curtain up at 7.45pm.
