A Mad Hatters themed coffee morning held in aid of a Burnham-On-Sea charity on Wednesday (21st August).
The event raised £192 for In Charley’s Memory Ambassador Programme, providing young people with the opportunity to have mental health training, and support their peers, along with offering team-building and enrichment programmes.
Burnham and Highbridge’s Mayor Cllr Andy Brewer was among the visitors supporting the event.
The morning was run entirely by the Ambassadors and the money raised goes towards their next team-building activity and graduation event.
“Thanks to everyone who came to our mad hatters coffee morning, and to everyone who donated cakes, prizes and their time for a great cause,” said Jack Millier, Senior Ambassador.
“We raised a total of £192 which will all go straight back into our Ambassador Scheme.”
