Burnham-On-Sea Police have arrested two people during their investigation into attacks on vehicles in the town.
We reported here earlier this week that several cars had been attacked in Burnham-On-Sea.
A Police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Friday: “A man aged 27 from Burnham has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle and motoring offences.”
“A second man, also 27, from Weston-super-Mare has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property.”
“Both have been bailed to appear at Taunton Deane Magistrates Court on May 20th.”
The two men had been spotted in a car in Marine Drive which was then pursued by police and both were arrested in Weston.
