The founder of a wildlife rescue centre near Burnham-On-Sea will be signing copies of her new book this week.
Pauline Kidner from Secret World recently published her new book, ‘A Place Of Safety’, featuring stories and photos on the animals that her charity cares for.
She will be holding a signing sesison at Burnham’s Secret World charity shop in Victoria Street this Tuesday (21st October) from 11am-1pm.
“Pauline will be taking with her some of the resident animals so there will be an opportunity for visitors to the charity shop to meet them as well as buying a personally-signed copy of her latest book,” said the charity’s Debbie O’Keefe.
The new book tells the story of how Secret World grew from a former tourist attraction into a rescue centre that takes in 5,000 animals a year.
