A pathway onto Burnham-On-Sea beach has been closed by the district council amid safety concerns.
High tides have caused damaged to the surface of the path at Poplar Road and barriers have been put in place to prevent walkers using it, as pictured here.
A sign states: “Restricted access to beach due to erosion caused by high tides.”
