A brand new support group for people in Burnham-On-Sea who are affected by Parkinson’s, a progressive neurological condition, launched on Monday.
The Parkinson’s UK Burnham-On-Sea Support Group has begun meeting on the second Monday of every month at The Catholic Church Hall in Highbridge Road from 2-4pm.
Organiser Ronnie Broadley said: “We welcome people to drop in and join us for refreshments and to have time to chat with other people with Parkinson’s and their families and professionals who can help and advise.”
