Burnham-On-Sea District Pantomime Society’s annual show, pictured right, opens to the public on Friday evening (January 30th).

And Berrow’s Coastline Players are in final rehearsals for their 2009 production of ‘Little Jack Horner’.

The Burnham group’s 40th performance, Cinderella, is being staged in Burnham’s Princess Hall from Friday 30th January until Saturday February 7th (except Monday).

A few remaining tickets are available from The Barbers Shop on Burnham High Street, costing £8 for adults, £6 for children, and £23 for families. Call 01278 782723 for details.

The show has been co-produced by Paul and Wendy Wynn, and the main role of Cinderalla is played by Rosie Barsby, while Buttons is Paul Wynn. Click here for more photos and a full preview of the show.

Meanwhile, rehearsals are in full swing at Berrow’s Coastline Players, with just a few days to go until the start of their performances of ‘Little Jack Horner’ (pictured right)

Tickets are on sale at Brean Post Office and cost £6 for adults, and £4 for children.

Performances will be held in Brean Village Hall from Monday 16th February to Saturday 21st February, with the curtain rising at 7:30pm. The Saturday matinee will be held at 2pm.

“If the show is half as much fun as rehearsals then you are in for a treat,” Phil Crossland, Secrtary for the Coastline Players, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
