Revellers in Burnham-On-Sea will be able to celebrate the start of 2010 in style with a great line-up of live entertainment in pubs and clubs this evening, New Year’s Eve.
The Pier Tavern in Pier Street will be welcoming popular local group The Ginger Hitlas, pictured above, who will be playing right up to the midnight hour.
The Railway Hotel on Burnham High Street will feature live music from local cover band The Riverbrew for a night of great entertainment.
And popular local group The Winkers will also be in action, playing at Chaplins bar on Burnham seafront.
Burnham’s Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street will feature a disco from a local version of the Blues Brothers. Paul Hale from the Ritz Club told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Tickets are selling fast, with more than 100 sold already. It will be a fun night for groups and a very safe venue.” Tickets cost £4 for members and £5 for non-members.
And Brean Leisure Park is holding a special New Year’s Eve Party Night with entertainment from Ultimate Madness, a top tribute band. There will be prize games, a fork buffet and a disco to keep revellers partying into the early hours! Tickets will cost £30 per adult & 16+, £15 for 5-15 year olds and £5 for 4 years and under.
