A new series of self-defence courses is set to begin in Burnham-On-Sea this week.
From Friday April 25th, the weekly sessions will run at the BAY Centre in Cassis Close from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The course costs £10 for three one-hour sessions and is open to anyone over the age of 16. The sessions will focus on both practical and theoretical aspects of self-defence.
Male and female coaches, who are DBS checked, first-aid trained, and fully insured, will be leading the lessons. For more information, call 07563 388893 or 07776 196938, or turn up on the day.
