Berrow Primary School Council has launched a new star award scheme to recognise children who go above and beyond what’s expected.
The winners of the ‘Berrow Little Star Awards’ receive a certificate and a giant tube of Smarties which have been kindly donated by Berrow’s Co-op.
Headteacher Lee Chandler said: “Berrow Primary School Council have added a little Christmas cheer this year by awarding a shining star for each day of advent leading up to Christmas.”
“The Pupil Council are made up of children in every year group and they have been thinking hard about which one of their classmates most deserves this award and more importantly why!”
