Burnham-On-Sea’s community choir, The Mudlarks, will peform a fundraising concert in the town this evening (Friday, July 15th) – just days after holding their first public performance.
The newly-formed group of Burnham singers will perform a line-up of folk and popular songs at the Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street tonight from 7.30pm. Tickets, costing £4 each, will be available on the door with proceeds going to the international charity Water Aid.
The Mudlarks were also in action in Bristol earlier this week where they performed with other local choirs on the city’s harbourside, as pictured here.
“We had a great day in Bristol, singing with 25 other choirs from across the South west! With close to 1,000 people in the audience, it was a fantastic experience for us all,” choir member Jo Burridge-Clayton told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
