Hundreds of pounds were donated towards a regional therapy centre for MS sufferers during a collection at a Burnham-On-Sea supermarket last weekend.
Organisers Rosie and Peter Little thanked shoppers at Burnham’s Tesco store who donated a total of £880 for the MS West Of England.
Peter said: “An incredible total of over £880 was collected by volunteers at Tesco in Burnham last weekend on behalf of the MS West Of England Therapy Centre at Bristol.”
“We thank all those friends who manned the stand in Tesco, as well as Tesco’s store Manager, their staff and all the hundreds of very generous donors who helped with this record-breaking total.”
