A motorcyclist had a lucky escape when he came off his bike while travelling along the A38 near Burnham-On-Sea on Friday (January 5th).
Police and paramedics from Burnham rushed to the scene at Edithmead, pictured here, but they found the man had suffered only minor injuries.
Traffic along the busy commuter route briefly came to a standstill as passing motorists slowed down to report the accident, shortly before 9.30am. Traffic was freely flowing again within a few minutes.
