Slippery road conditions were blamed for this accident near Burnham-On-Sea on Tuesday evening (September 14th).
A Fiat Punto ended up on its side in a roadside ditch after its driver lost control and left the road following a heavy rain storm.
Police were called to the scene in Burnham Moor Lane at 6.45pm to investigate, but they found the driver inside was unhurt.
“The man was shaken, but managed to scramble out of the car without any serious injuries,” a police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
