Tiny trains attract big crowds at Burnham Model Railway Club show

-

Model railway layouts of all shapes and sizes were on show at an exhibition in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (May 29th).

Burnham and District Model Railway Club held its annual summer open day at the town’s Community Centre in Berrow Road, where its members displayed over a dozen layouts.

“We had a wide range of layouts in various gauges and supporting displays and demonstrations on show, which attracted a steady flow of visitors throughout the day,” the club’s Exhibition Manager, John Langley, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

The club’s next event, called Sedgemoor Rail 2010, will be held on August 28th and 29th at King Alfred School in Highbridge.
