Free mobile phone security sessions on offer from Burnham-On-Sea police

-

Burnham-On-Sea mobile phone owners will be able to have their handsets security marked for free and be given safety advice when police in the town hold two crime prevention sessions this month.

The two crime prevention sessions will be held at Burnham-On-Sea’s Tesco store in Love Lane throughout Sunday January 7th and Sunday January 14th.

“The advice will be regarding mobile phone security and safety. We will be offering free mobile phone marking sessions and referring people to the Immobilise service, a property database that the police have access too,” said PCSO Stuart Nichols.

Immobilise is the world’s largest online register of possession ownership. It also acts as a searchable register of stolen goods and blocked mobile phones.
