A Burnham-On-Sea man has this week lit up his home with a huge display of 20,000 Christmas lights!
Mike Perrin of 76 Gielgud Road has put in a special effort this year and spent several weeks making his home one of the best decorated in the town.
His impressive display of lights and illuminations covers the whole of his front garden and the front of his house.
The display was switched on in front of a crowd of 50 onlookers – and Santa Claus – this week!
Mike hopes to raise hundreds of pounds for charity during the next month and told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “I love Christmas and like giving pleasure to my grandchildren and all those people who come to see the lights.”
He added: “My electricity bill is not as big as you might think – it’s definitely all worth it.”
