Over £800 was raised for a Burnham-On-Sea church when it held its annual summer fair at the weekend.
Dozens of supporters – including the town’s Mayor and Mayoress, Michael and Maria Clarke – attended the event at Burnham Methodist Church in College Street on Saturday (July 30th) where a large number of fundraising stalls were set up.
Reverend Andrew Biggs told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The fair was a great success and everyone seemed to have a fun time while raising funds for a replacement heating boiler and ongoing roof repairs.”
