A medieval-themed tournament is to be held on Burnham-On-Sea’s beach in September.
The annual family event, ‘Backalong Avalon’, will be held on Sunday 4th September on the town’s main beach.
It will be held by The Pavilion from 12pm with the ‘Royal Court’ arriving at 2.30pm to the right of the pier.
There will also be a theatrical combat workshop on 3rd September to recruit cast members on the Main Beach at 2pm.
