Highbridge Medical Centre is holding an open morning this Thursday (April 20th) to provide patients and their families with the opportunity to ask questions and meet the team behind Symphony Healthcare Services Ltd (SHS).
The open morning follows the announcement earlier this month that Highbridge Medical Centre had joined with SHS, a larger NHS healthcare organisation, to help support the practice to provide a sustainable level of healthcare services and meet patient needs both now and into the future.
Registered patients and their families are invited to come along to the centre between 11.30am and 1.00pm, where teams from SHS and the medical centre will be on hand to answer questions and queries and to share updates about the planned improvements for the centre.
No booking is required, just come along and meet the team in the waiting area.
Light refreshments will be available.
