A May Fayre and Garden Party is being held at Brent Knoll Parish Hall today (Saturday) to raise money for the village’s church.
Villagers Michael and Margaret Smith are organising the event, which starts at 2pm, to raise funds for St Michael’s Church.
The local community group from Brent Knoll, called Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, will be serving cream teas and cakes in a party tent at the event.
There will be live music from Jazzical Swing, a dog agility display, children’s activities, stalls, cakes, games and a decorated hat competition for both adults and children.
The theme will be Spring or May Day. All monies raised to St Michael’s Church and the Parish of Three Saints. All the activities are subject to change due to the weather.
