This car was destroyed in a blaze in Burnham-On-Sea on Thursday afternoon (January 7th).
Fire crews from Burnham and Bridgwater rushed to the scene in Martins Close at 3.35pm.
“As the crews arrived they found the fire had started to spread to two nearby detached bungalows,” fire spokesman Paul Slavin told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Upon arrival the crews found one car well alight and a property also alight. Fire crews used two hose reel jets, a compressed air foam branch and crews used breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.”
The car was completely damaged by fire and there was approximately 20 per cent damage to the nearest property and 5 per cent damage to another detached property. The cause of the fire was accidental.
