More than 200 classic vehicles roared into Mark, near Burnham-On-Sea, on Sunday (August 13th) for the village’s annual vintage car show.
Organiser Bruce Penrose told Burnham-On-Sea.com the event had been a resounding success, attracting an estimated crowd of 1,000 visitors.
“It’s been a very busy day,” he said. “We had 210 vehicles on display ranging from military vehicles through to tractors and classic cars – a great mixture with something of interest for everyone.”
Other entertainment included the Bob Reynolds New Society Jazz Band, Craft and plant stalls, children’s inflatable slides and face painting.
These Somerset fire engines were among the more unusual vehicles on display at Sunday’s event.
