Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s brass quintet will be coming to the Burnham-On-Sea area when they perform live in Mark Church this Friday (9th March) at 7.30pm.
In partnership with Take Art Somerset, Mark Church says it is delighted to be able to present the highly-praised orchestra’s brass quintet for all to hear their exciting and varied collection of classical music.
They will perform exquisite pieces from the classical music of Bach and Byrd, to jazz hits such as ‘Just A Closer Walk and ‘Oh When The Saints’.
“It is a rare chance to hear such an esteemed orchestra in such a unique venue, yet they promise to offer all their talent that;s usually displayed in grand city concert halls,” one of the organisers told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“There are only going to be two appearances by the BSO’s brass ensemble in Somerset and we are delighted they are performing for us.”
“So don’t see them in Colston Hall for twice the cost, see them in Mark Church’s unique and personal enviroment for an experience you won’t forget anytime soon.”
Admission is by ticket at £15.00 (Adult) or £7.50 (under 18). Tickets are available from Mark Village Store and online from www.takeart.org – there will be a bar available for soft and alcoholic drinks.
