Plans to build a new housing development in Berrow have been unveiled by a property developer.
ARC Homes has applied for full planning permission to build 13 dwellings plus garages on open land to the east of Manor Way.
If approved by district council planners, the project will involve seven 3-bedroom and six 4-bedroom homes being built.
The applicant also wants to introduce 38 car parking places on the 0.43 hectare site.
Sedgemoor District Council’s planning department is inviting feedback on the proposals from local residents until August 23rd.
