The owners of Burnham-On-Sea’s Manor House say the property is now fully occupied for the first time in many years and has become a ‘thriving business hub’.
Following its acquisition in 2012 and subsequent modernisation, the majority of the building is occupied by Watermark Wealth Management and Marketstar Investment Management, which have continued to expand their independent financial advice and discretionary investment management services, employing 23 people.
The 2012/13 renovation also created four contemporary office suites at the western end of the building which have now been fully let.
Steve Jewell, Practice Director at Watermark Wealth Management, said the property has been turned into a thriving business hub.
He told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We are delighted to welcome the team at Archi-Intelligence to the Pier Suite, joining our longer term occupants, Avalon Telecom & Technologies Ltd, Revolution Health & Wellbeing Centre and Revolution Training.”
“The full use of space in the Manor House is great news for Burnham with approximately 35 people employed at the site. It has been a difficult 6 or 7 years for the UK economy but the success of the Manor House clearly demonstrates that some local businesses have weathered the storm and continue to thrive.”
