A Highbridge pensioner has died this week after losing control of his vehicle and colliding into a garden wall.
The 80-year-old man was rushed to hospital following the accident in Lower Seagry, near Chippenham.
Police said that the man’s Ford Fiesta left the road on 30th December and he died after undergoing surgery at a hospital in Swindon.
The identity of the man has not yet been announced by Wiltshire Police, who have appealed for witnesses to get in touch via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
