A man has appeared in court charged with burglaries in Burnham-On-Sea and Somerton.
A 39-year-old from Morland Road in Highbridge has been charged with a burglary at a house in Woodfield Close, Burnham-On-Sea on Sunday 8th October in which jewellery was stolen.
He was also charged with a burglary at an antiques shop in West Street, Somerton, on Monday 30th October in which jewellery was stolen.
He appeared before Taunton Magistrates on Thursday 9th November and was released on conditional bail until his next appearance at Taunton Crown Court on Monday 11th December.
