Burnham-On-Sea beach and its iconic lighthouse are to be featured on the front page of a national magazine.
Sedgemoor District Council has entered into a licence agreement with Future Publishing to allow a series of photo images to be taken of the building on Wednesday (28th March) to be used on the cover of a Nikon photography magazine called N-Photo.
Sedgemoor Property Manager Tim Mander, who set up the agreement, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It is great news that what is known locally as an iconic building and indeed an iconic view is going to receive national exposure.”
“Once again, Sedgemoor has been able to move quickly to set up an agreement and allow the shoot to take place, making the most of these seasonably unexpected outstanding weather conditions and at the same time generate some income to Sedgemoor.”
