Motorists have been advised to expect diversions and delays if using the M5 motorway near Burnham-On-Sea this evening.
The southbound M5 motorway between Burnham-On-Sea and Bridgwater will be closed overnight tonight (Monday, March 11th) for roadworks.
Highways England says the southbound carriageway between junctions 22 and 23 will be shut between 8pm on Monday March 11th and 6am on Tuesday March 12th.
A diversion route along the A38 will be in place throughout the closure.
