Police and fire crews from Burnham-On-Sea were called to a two-vehicle collision on the M5 motorway early today (Friday).
A lorry and a car collided on the southbound carriageway near junction 23 at Dunball.
No-one was found to be trapped or injured in the vehicles following the accident shortly after 12.15am.
2 fire appliances from Burnham-On-Sea were sent to the scene and crews made the lorry and car safe, before leaving duty of care to The Highways Agency.
