Burnham-On-Sea firefighters tackled a house blaze in Lympsham on Thursday morning (August 3rd).
They were called to Millfield Cottages in Rectory Way, Lympsham shortly after 10am.
“Fire engines from Burnham-On-Sea and Avon were sent to reports of a fire in a ground floor living room of a property,” a fire spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“On arrival the crews began fighting the fire using four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.”
“The fire involved the ground floor lounge and was extinguished with the help of a main jet.”
“A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to ventilate the property.”
