A lucky Burnham-On-Sea man is celebrating after picking up £2,876.20 by winning the Ritz Social Club’s Super Lotto Draw two weeks running!
The club introduced the new draw in September last year and members can take part at just £1, selecting three numbers from 24 at random.
“Every four weeks one of the 24 numbers is removed, making it more likely to be won,” the club’s General Manager Paul Hale told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The jackpot accumulated over the weeks and our lucky winner John Burnham was successful in selecting the correct three numbers.”
“To top that. John also went on to win the new draw the following week, collecting a further £88.”
Paul added: “We are delighted that John won the money and it was certainly a pleasant call to make to him – it’s fair to say he was very surprised!”
“The chances of the same person winning the following week were extremely low but it showed the draw can be won at an early stage. Any member can take part in the draw, which is drawn every Saturday at 3pm.”
