Burnham-On-Sea Lions Club will be holding a Fun Day in the town’s Manor Gardens this Sunday (August 7th) between 11am and 4.30pm.
The event will include a number of attractions, including a bouncy castle, a ‘terror slide’, a barbecue, competitions, trade stands and a fancy dress parade with an animal theme from 11.20am plus several displays from local youth groups.
“We hope the event will be well supported by the community as all the funds raised will ultimately be returned to charitable causes in the area,” Lions spokesman Les Barber told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“In the past we have successfully raised and subsequently distributed several thousands of pounds to local good causes. This year we hope to repeat this again.”
