More than 30 local children performed festive songs and music during a Christmas concert in Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre on Saturday evening (December 3rd).
Youngsters from Burnham Dreamscheme, Lions Brass For Youth and the Siobhan Johnson Singers took part in the concert.
The event – called ‘Children Singing For Children’ – was organised by Burnham Lions Club to raise funds for children’s charities.
Sedgemoor District Council Chairman Gill Slocombe and Burnham’s Deputy Mayor Ken Smout were among the audience.
Cllr Slocombe told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The concert clearly demonstrated how much young talent there is the Burnham area – it was a wonderful evening.”
