A new shop selling outdoor clothing and leisure activity equipment in Burnham-On-Sea celebrated its opening on Saturday (April 20th).
Mayor Ken Smout cut a ribbon to mark the opening of ‘Any Other Business’ in College Street where the former Thresher’s wine shop was based.
“We are selling outdoor clothing and equipment such as tents for camping, fishing and other leisure activities,” co-owner Nigel Pearcy told Burnham-On-Sea.com with his business partner Linda Strong.
“There are thousands of visitors and residents in the Burnham area who are interested in taking part in these activities. We therefore think there’s a niche to be filled here. We thank everyone for their support and positive feedback so far.”
