Legal action is set to begin in a bid to move a large group of more than 20 travellers that has occupied a car park outside a private business premises in Highbridge.
The convoy of caravans and towing vehicles pitched up during Saturday (August 10th) on the land outside the ‘Works 22’ units in Bennett Road, as pictured here.
Several groups of Police were called to the car park during Saturday evening to start discussions with the travellers and also begin the legal process of moving them on.
The factory units are used by Cases and Gregory and it was previously home to food company Brakes before it moved away in 2017.
