Harris has also been charged with death by dangerous driving, and he has been remanded in custody to appear at Taunton Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday, January 23rd).

Among the emotional tributes online was one from Hollie Smithers, who writes: “Laura Jayne Biss Love you so much beautiful girl. I’d do anything to see you again, you always brightened up my day and I feel so lucky to call you my friend, miss you soo much.”

Ranna Zahra Suhail added: “I am sitting stunned at the news that a beautiful friend, mother and talented soul Laura Jayne Biss has passed away. Laura was beautiful inside and out. She was sunshine on the cloudiest day. Her energy, strength and talent were breathtaking. The world is not the same without you.”

“My deepest condolences are with your family. I see you now painting in heaven and I know you always will inspire me to keep painting – our last conversation even though we are far from each other was about how much ‘we loved art’. You are in my heart darling girl.”

Hayley Gilham added: “Broken hearted to hear of the sudden passing of Laura Jayne Biss. On the few times we’ve met its been nothing short of fun and crazy times, you really were a scream to be around! God rest your beautiful soul my darling!”
