High winds on Saturday evening (August 19th) created perfect conditions for kite surfers in Burnham-On-Sea.
The blustery conditions saw strong onshore winds gusting up to 50pmh as the edge of former Hurricane Gert affected parts of the country.
Our video shows kite surfers soaring high into the air as he enjoyed the weather, to the entertainment of walkers on the beach.
