Kind-hearted staff at Burnham Pet Shop have made a special delivery of items to local NHS carers working on the frontline of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The team from the pet shop in Burnham High Street have donated a wide range of toiletries items such as shampoo and body wash, plus chocolates, to the staff at Weston Hospital.
The manager of the team, Barbara James, said: “Many thanks to June Fisher, Tracey Bagg and all of the staff at the Pet Shop in Burnham for their kind donation of toiletries and wash bags for the staff in main theatres, the day case unit and ITU at Weston General Hospital.”
“We all appreciate the kindness and generosity. Stay safe.”
