Kind-hearted Burnham-On-Sea youngster donates piggy bank coins to Secret World

-

A kind-hearted Burnham-On-Sea youngster is donating the contents of her piggy bank to a local charity.

Georgina Lemarchand, 9, has saved up scores of pennies and other small coins that she has found over the past year and wants them to go to Secret World Wildlife Rescue Centre in East Huntspill.

Her father, Chris, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Basically any money we find – be it pennies or more – have been collected in a little piggy bank and altogether we found £23.56. My daughter wants to give it to Secret World this year.”

Georgina adds: “I chose Secret World because I love animals. They help animals survive and rescue and help injured or poorly animals.”
